
Hi, my name is Brian Lamacraft and I created this blog for people looking to improve thier lives through fitness, diet, and similar lifestyle changes. At the age of 54, I’ve decided it’s time to look after myself. This site is here to document my journey and to help others along the way.
Aging into Fitness is dedicated to helping people reach their fitness and lifestyle goals. I’m currently on a health journey and want to share my experiences with others going through the same things I am. I’ve battled mental health issues, addictions, a negative mindset, and have struggled with my weight. Now, I’m taking on a new challenge, and I’m here to help if you’re going through the same challenges that I am.
